ZED Ticket Procedures
You can visit zed.thy.com for buying ZED tickets.
At the system entry page, use 6 digits register number(beginning with zero) as user name.
For other questions about ZED ticket please contact with email@example.com.
If you don't have any password or forgot it, write "SIFRE" and send 8490 with your registered mobile phone.
You will get your new password by SMS.
If you are staying abroad, you can get your password by writing "SIFRE" and sending SMS to 00 90 555 849 0849 with your registered mobile phone.
Follow the steps at the "Info Update Procedures" section to register or update your mobile phone number.
After performing these steps you have still had problems with getting password or entering system by your new password, please report it

Info Update Procedures
Fill the below form at the "Retired Info Update Form" link for updating your info at the THY system.
If you are retired employee of THY A.O, send your Retired Info Update Form to email@example.com.
If you are retired employee of Teknik A.Ş, send your Retired Info Update Form to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The proper applications will be proceeded at the next working day.
